Refund policy

Due to products being made to order, we don’t accept returns or size/color exchanges.

If your order is returned due to carrier error or an invalid address, our fulfillment provider will offer to reship the order. If your products arrive damaged or defective, you can either request a replacement or ask for a refund within 30 days of product delivery. Photographic proof may be required. To request a replacement for a damaged or defective product, you can contact us at webmaster@moneyoutofpolitics.org.

Claims regarding orders that haven’t been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery timeframe.

Refunds

If you request a refund because your products arrive damaged or defective, we will notify you once our fulfillment provider has received and reviewed the refund request. We will then let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
